The Role :
Trained in 360 recruitment – working a job from beginning to end through the entire process to manage the offer and closing stages. Negotiating terms and conditions and salary packages
Liaising with clients regularly and candidates to build stronger relationships
Discuss recruitment process with clients and advise them in training requirements/salary expectations and job specifications
Admin tasks such as responding to emails, preparing and sending CVs, posting adverts online
Write Job adverts as per job description given by the client
Post adverts on various job websites, social media outlets
Screen and interview candidates and match their suitability to a particular vacancy
Developing a good understanding of clients and in order to build stronger relationships.
Using networking and business development calls to attract business from companies.
Working to targets which have been set for you during your monthly development plans
Providing timely and accurate HR Support and Employment Law advice to clients.
Provide both telephone and face to face support to multiple clients across many sectors
Liaise with clients and their Line Managers to understand their HR queries and HR requirements
Follow up on all queries with both verbal and written communication
Research and keep up to date with employment law cases
Previous Recruitment experience essential
Previous experience in a HR Function desirable
Must have excellent customer service skills
A genuine interest in Recruitment,
Employment Law qualification minimum at degree level necessary
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
The ability to work effectively with a team.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to take on and drive a project on own initiative.
Excellent MS Office applications skills.
